The GRIDVECTA website is operated by Alaa Zidane. This disclosure describes the current public website at gridvecta.online, including browsing and using its contact links. The GRIDVECTA Illustrator extension and its separate licensing services are outside this website’s scope.
1. Browsing and technical requests
Your browser requests pages, images, fonts, scripts and, when you choose to play it, the Motion Film from the website’s origin. Serving these requests necessarily involves technical information such as your IP address, requested resource and browser request headers.
The website’s client code does not use IP lookup, geolocation, fingerprinting, analytics, advertising trackers or telemetry. It does not transmit your Layout control settings or product-preview interactions to a backend.
The website and domain infrastructure are hosted and/or delivered through Cloudflare. Serving website requests through this infrastructure involves technical request information. Access or security logs may be retained, but the actual Cloudflare logging and security configuration and exact retention periods for this site have not been verified locally. These details remain pending verification before deployment; this disclosure does not claim that server-side logs are absent or promise a particular retention period.
2. Cookies and browser storage
The current website code does not set cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or service workers. Preview settings remain in page memory and reset when the page is reloaded. Your browser may cache ordinary website files according to its settings and the server’s cache instructions; this is distinct from tracking cookies.
3. Contact links and communications
This site has no contact-submission form, mailing-list signup, account registration or database for contact details. Its only form closes an information dialog inside the page and sends no network submission.
Email and telephone links open your chosen email or calling application. Following a link does not submit your message or telephone number through this website. If you choose to send a message, make a call or start a chat, the recipient and communication service receive the information you choose to share.
Support messages are separate from website browsing. Their handling and retention cannot be established from the public website code. Contact Support@gridvecta.online to ask about a communication you have sent. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
4. External services
The approved WhatsApp and Facebook links open those services only when you intentionally follow them. This site does not embed their tracking pixels, widgets or scripts, or send them browsing events. Their own privacy practices apply once you visit or communicate through them; GRIDVECTA does not control those practices.
Fonts and the Motion Film are hosted with the website. The film is not an external video embed. The current public website does not connect to Adobe, FastSpring or the separate GRIDVECTA licensing backend.
5. Marketplace and purchases
Adobe Marketplace availability is currently “Coming Soon.” No Marketplace purchase link or price is active. This website does not process purchases, collect payment-card information or activate product licenses. Any future commercial or product data handling will need its own reviewed disclosures before activation.
6. Security and privacy questions
This website is intended to be served over HTTPS. No online service or communications channel can promise absolute security. For questions about this disclosure or information you have provided through a contact channel, email the address below. Any applicable privacy rights and procedures depend on the relevant law and the actual processing involved.
7. Changes to this disclosure
If website features or verified data-handling practices change, this page should be updated to reflect them. The date above identifies this version.
